Matt Prentice, A Culinary Experience is a creative foodservice group designed to promote culinary excellence in our restaurants, catering venues, foodservice consulting and Hospital Wellness consulting.  All of our menu items have Michigan ingredients in some form.  Whenever possible, our ingredients will be local to not only provide the height of freshness and quality but to also support our State.
